The Pavilion

The Shamrock at Mackay’s largest function room, The Pavilion, has the following capacities a maximum of 140 people theatre, 40 classroom, 120 cocktail, 130 banquet, 100 wedding, 40 U-shape and 30 boardroom.

The Pavilion is fully air-conditioned, features audiovisual equipment, microphone with lectern, has a separate entrance from the car park, its own bar, food servery, dance floor and toilets. Exposed beams give the Pavilion a warm and unique atmosphere and this room is the ideal venue for large conferences, weddings, seminars, Christmas parties, trade displays and social functions.

The Garden View Room

The Shamrock at Mackay’s newest function room has the following capacities a maximum of 50 people theatre, 24 Classroom, 50 cocktail, 48 Banquet, 30 Wedding, 20 U-shape and 28 Boardroom.

The Garden View room has it’s own entrance, toilets, bar, food servery area, air conditioning, audiovisual equipment and microphone. This modern room is very well suited for meetings, training courses, seminars, workshops, product displays, conferences, business networking, Christmas parties, private parties and the more intimate wedding.

The Boardroom

The Shamrock at Mackay’s Boardroom is near the main entrance of the hotel and has the following capacities a maximum of 20 people theatre, 12 classroom, 20 cocktail, 20 banquet, 12 U-shape and 16 boardroom.

The Boardroom features adjustable lighting, air-conditioning, a mirrored display area, TV, Video, CD player and tea/coffee making facilities this room is perfect for private dinner parties, meetings and smaller training courses.
